We had such an amazing experience with Marco's Pizza! Their team generously donated pizzas to support the Texas State University Student Nursing Organization on the Round Rock campus, and it truly meant so much to all of us. As nursing students, having support from local businesses like Marco’s makes a bigger impact than people realize. Their kindness brought everyone together and gave us a moment to recharge and feel appreciated. The pizza was not only delicious, but the generosity and community support they showed toward future nurses was incredible. Been there three times, each time worse than the previous. First time, just not very good, missing a few toppings. Second time, missing toppings, added unordered toppings and because they were so backed up, I didn't want to wait to return it, so, just tried to eat it. Ok, gave them two chances, AMF! Last time, back late from COTA, tired, too lazy to cook, Marcos flyer came in the mail showing delicious looking pizza, thought, "Ok, can't be bad all the time." Wrong! This was the worst! Went to pick up pizza after 20 minutes, went into a crowded store, packed with people waiting for their orders. Got in line and for 45 minutes watched mgr answer phone and run to the back, completed pizzas piliing up behind the counter, none being distributed. Crowd getting feisty, Mgr continuing to answer phone and run back and forth. Finally, a contract delivery driver comes in, recognizes the issue and begins distributing pizzas. Finally got mine and went home. Couldn't eat it, it was just too bad. Went to HEB and bought frozen pizza and brought it home. Never going back.

Hands down, I ate one of the best pizza in my life yesterday. Pizza was on point from texture to flavor . Thank you for excellent customer service and making a great product. Thank you Ryan Been to the pflugerville location and they are not as serious and professional as you( university round rock Blvd lare. Keep striving for greatness.
